1. Account usage
Users should provide accurate registration information, protect account credentials and remain responsible for activity performed through their accounts. Eligibility and authorized-user rules require final approval.
2. Subscriptions
SellerOS is intended to offer subscription plans with different limits and capabilities. Final plans, entitlements and prices have not been approved and will be presented before any paid commitment.
3. Trials
SellerOS may offer trial access so users can evaluate the service. Trial length, eligibility, conversion and expiry behavior will be confirmed before launch.
4. Billing
Future payments are intended to be processed through Stripe. Billing frequency, taxes, invoicing, renewal and failed-payment procedures remain subject to product and legal approval.
5. Cancellation
Users are expected to be able to cancel subscriptions through an approved account workflow. Final rules for effective dates, refunds, data access and reactivation are not yet established.
6. Acceptable use
Users must not misuse SellerOS, interfere with service operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, infringe third-party rights or use the service for unlawful purposes.
7. Data responsibility
Users remain responsible for the accuracy, legality and authorization of data they provide or connect. SellerOS outputs depend on source data and should be reviewed before financial or operational decisions.
8. Integrations
Third-party integrations may be governed by separate provider terms and availability. SellerOS cannot control external service changes, access approvals, outages or data supplied by those providers.
9. Service availability
SellerOS intends to provide a reliable service but may require maintenance, updates or interruption. Any service-level commitments must be documented separately and approved before they apply.
10. Liability limitations
Final warranty disclaimers, damage exclusions and liability limits must be prepared by qualified counsel for the approved legal entity and applicable markets. No limitation is asserted by this draft.
11. Termination
SellerOS may need to suspend or terminate access for material misuse, security risks, non-payment or legal requirements. Notice, remediation and data-handling procedures require final review.
12. Changes to the service or terms
The service and these terms may evolve. The final terms should explain how material changes are communicated and when updated terms become effective.
13. Contact
Legal contact details, the contracting entity and governing jurisdiction will be added only after client and counsel approval.
